The rumors for the Chain of Memories remake could possibly be true. The rumor started at the <b>GameStop Expo</b> in <b>Las Vegas</b>. <a href="http://www.square-enix.com" target="_blank">Square-Enix</a> was there and gave a quick nod, when someone asked if the COM remake was releasing worldwide. Usually, I don't post rumors, but this rumor is in fact true.

<a href="http://www.n4g.com" target="_blank">N4G</a> also stated today that the game was releasing in North America for the holidays with a price of $29.99. Nothing has been confirmed for Europe, but if this is the real deal, I'm sure they will release it shortly after.

Lastly, I didn't believe this rumor at first. That’s when I took a visit to the official <a href="http://www.square-enix.com" target="_blank">Square-Enix</a> website. I went there for the live support, where you can talk to a representative online. The guy told me that he is aware of this rumor and he said come back often to see if the rumor is false or not. He simply wouldn't confirm it. Sounds really odd, but that’s how they are (sadly).

About a week or two, I worked on some content for KHU. I actually forgot to update the site on it, but now I have the opportunity to do so. Back a year or two; Pete opened the world’s page for Kingdom Hearts: II. When I was looking at the pages, I noticed that the page for Atlantica was missing something. I decided to spend some time on making a lyrics section for Atlantica. Now you’ll be able to browse through all the lyrics from that world, which includes, Part of that World, Swim This Way, Under The Sea, Ursula's Revenge and a New Day is Dawning.

So when you say a remake, do you mean like re:chain of memories, or what?

It's entirely possible for Square Enix to have been mulling this decision some time ago, and agree to put if off until a later date. Then within the last few weeks or months make a decision. It's not unheard of.

Nothing has been confirmed. Until you hear, or read in this case, from Square Enixs' own lips, "A remake of Chain of Memories will indeed becoming to North America." Don't believe this to be anything more than rumor. N4G is also saying Coded is coming to PSP...

SE haven't said anything to us, but gamestop (among others) have KH:RECOM (PS2) comeing in fall 08 for $29.99. Or so it says.

No matter to me though I live in UK.

I don´t care either if it´s coming or not, cause I have the game already. But... It would be so cool to hear Larxene in english ^^

WTF why not just release the whole KH2FM+

This is music to my ears. CoM'll play much more smoothly on PS2, I love it.

Although I still don't believe we'll ever see FM+ released outside of Japan.

Even though I'm excited by this news, it still poses the same problem for me, If it does come out in NA its still so use to me because I live in europe and for some bloody reason, Japanese companies like Square Enix don't see Europe as a major market for them and take them either 9 months to release after Japan or don't bother releasing it at all.

I want this to be true so badly. And I would prefer Coded be on PSP instead of cell phone.
I've heard FF Agito XIII will be on PSP as well.

I doubt CoM will be remade. Again.
