Maybe you could make it into a poll?

But Sora's was better. I liked managing my deck, and his just seems more interesting. A better storyline, overall. But Riku's was okay.

It's a tie! I love both modes. Sora was more story-oriented, and had a lot of Namine (I adore her), but you get to play as Riku (Wooo!) and see what he did in his mode. Plus, there were more Axel cutscenes, and he had Zexion.

In terms of longevity and variation, Sora. But if it was story and a twist, Riku.
So, I'm stuck between the two

I'm also stuck inbetween both of them. Soras for the length, ability to customize your deck, and the difficulty. Riku's because he's my favorite, The Dark mode option, and the twists in his story.

I enjoyed Riku's better. I liked his story about how he was avoiding the darkness but finally came to grips with himself and used it without fear. I also loved playing as Dark Riku and playing as Dark Riku in RE Chain of Memories will kick but. The only downside to Riku was that you couldn't rearange his deck and he only had three sleights whereas Sora had a ton of sleights.

It 's a tie between the two. I thought the fact that we could use the sleights in Sora's mode was cool, but seeing Riku's side of the story was cool also, plus we had Zexion...

I thought Reverse/Rebirth was better. It's more difficult than Sora's story. Also, it saves me a lot of time since all the decks are pre-made, so I don't have to spend time trying to arrange them. Every enemy/boss card that you get, automatically goes into your deck, unlike regular mode, where I usually can only fit about 2-3 enemy cards in my deck, because of the CP. It's cool to see things from Riku's point of view for a change and to see how he confronts the darkness inside his hearts. I'm glad that was put in.

Riku Pros:
  1. No CP limitations
  2. Dark Riku, need I say more about it?
  3. Dark Aura
  4. The King
  5. Riku being darker was a bit more refreshing from Sora the Naive
  6. I liked kicking Ansem in the Arse again.
Riku Cons:
  1. Can't use him in multiplayer
  2. Can't edit or even rearange his deck
  3. Only 4 sleights
  4. Only friend card was the king, and he wasn't there in some levels.
  5. Fighting Replica Riku in Twighlight Town
Honestly I don't like either more, but I do play more often as Sora so I can keep sharp for two-player

I liked the Riku mode more.

probably because i love his attack style and the new way of using the deck was interesting.
plus cool sleights

This would be good as a poll. I prefered soras mode simply because of the story. I did however think fighting with Riku was better and i prefer him as a character.

I prefer sora's mode, mostly because of it was more of a challenge, and I just liked the storyline better.

On the comtrary, i thought Sora's was better becuase i could manage my own deck. I liked Riku, but i remember getting so frustrated because i would get handed shitty cards or something and couldn't do the sleights i wanted.

I'd have to go with Sora Mode on this one. I've never really been a fan for Riku to begin with (though he does redeem himself in the sequel). Sora's was harder, longer, could customize your deck, and you could heal yourself on your own.

Riku's mode is a harder challenge mode.

With the lack of deck editing the game forces you to learn how to use what you have, and the bosses usually have better decks then yours.

As Sora you can customize your deck to each situation to gain the greatest advantage. Riku's mode you have to make do with what you're given.

Sora's storyline had more plot to it, but the little bit of plot in Riku's story I liked more. Riku's story I liked for the refreshing darkness to it. I also liked, as someone mentioned before, that Riku's deck was already equipped. Made it easier for me. Though I found everything easier in this one. I beat the game a little above level fifty I think.

The reason I'm going with Riku's story though, besides the darker storyline, Dark Aura and Dark Firaga, and already equipped cards: Zexion (is very aware she's obsessed)

Sora's, simply for the fact that it was more lengthy. Riku mode seemed much too short.

It is in a poll just a few clicks away. Anyways, I like riku's story better, because of the whole idea of playing as him.

I like Rebirth. I liked to finally be able to play as Riku, and I liked his battle style and card system more.
