Seasalt Icecream

The Charcters in Twilight Town adored Sea-Salt Ice Cream, which caused many fans to love an ice cream flavor we never tasted before, in case u were wondering how Sea-Salt Ice Cream tasted, thanks to Rob from Khinsider.com who has provided a recipe to making Sea-Salt Ice Cream. Enjoy!
Recipe:
2 eggs
2 C. milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 C. heavy whipping cream
Sea salt to taste
Blue food coloring
Directions:
1. Seperate the eggs into two good sized bowls.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
3. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until thick.
4. Slowly bring milk to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour hot milk into yolk/sugar mixture and mix well.
6. Pour milk/yolk/sugar mixture back into pot and heat on medium until thicker to make a custard. (DO NOT BOIL)
7. Pour custard in with beaten egg whites and mix well.
8. Add sea salt (keeping adding salt until it tastes salty sweet).
9. Put mixture in fridge to cool.
10. Once cool, add cream, vanilla and coloring to mixture.
11. Freeze, following your ice cream maker’s instructions.

and maybe after I make one Ill go up a tower and fall and find out I was sleeping and I was a nobody!! amazing revelations...............lol

If you don't use too much salt, it is in fact QUITE delicious.

I know they sell molds for popsicle shapes at like Wal-Mart and stupid places like that. Just get four of those little colored glass balls and you're good!

I have actually made this. I used too much salt the first time - do NOT use more than half a teaspoon, guys, otherwise it's nearly inedible.
If you don't use too much salt, it is in fact QUITE delicious.
lol you might get some problems if you eat too much salt

Are you sure you done it right?
cause its quite difficult to get the amount of salt you gotta put in at the first time ...
or maybe its just me...
anywho... its quite delicious...and salty... or something in between salty and sweet.

Do they sell REAL seasalt icecream anywhere? I'm way too lazy to try this "making it" thing
They do at some Disney world. Nomura was there, he ate it, and he thought it was really good, so he decided to put it in the game xD It was some of his staff that made it so big though. I think Nomura only intended to feature it in the Roxas part.
