Cons? I think this game is almost perfect. Unfortunately, I don't know if critical mode is hard or not so I won't comment the difficulty level. I just hope it will be WAY more challenging than proud mode in KH2.

Most of the new stuff added was about Roxas for CRIPSE sake and if you thought Critical was easier than KH2's proud mode, you're either lying, which is what I'm honestly suspecting, or you're copy was bugged, and I highly doubt that. Seriously.... that's impossible.
Unfortunately I declare your cons Null and Void, sir.
I don't even care if I'm being overly blunt or just plain overboard. There's no way THIS is harder than THIS. Seriously... Watch both of them all the way through.

I'm not lying, sir. I bought the game and I found it easier than proud mode was in KH2. I was literally beating everybody on my first try easily, except Roxas. Even the ones that took me hours in KH2's Proud Mode. The only hard parts of the game is Cavern Of Rememberance. And by more Roxas, I was meaning more Roxas gameplay. Gameplay that's mostly fun. Like...well...gameplay that's fun.
Edit: Well the FM2 video was the fight in Cavern Of Rememberance. Which is what I said is the only hard part of the game. Oh and the Armored Unknown fight is hard. So The only parts in the game that's hard is Cavern Of Rememberance and the Armored Unknown battle
Edit2: Oh, and did I mention that I was playing Critical Mode with just the default weapons through the whole game?

Do me a favor. Just stop playing FM. Seriously. Go pick up KH2, go on proud mode, and play it. Let's see if your opinion changes. They did so many minor things here and there (if you check the Ultimania changes) that you wouldn't even be able to normally tell just to make it more challenging. And if it really and honestly is harder than Critical Mode, then don't play FM. Just stick to KH2 and don't play it, really.
I could have gone through KH2 proud mode blindfolded, dead serious.
Is there any one else that agrees with him? Because I'm seriously laughing at the notion that Critical < Proud

okay Critical mode was easy with Roxas but then it got really hard with Sora (especially during the early stages). U definitely needed to level up and use limits/forms to get thru some areas. But by the end of the game (when ur 80+) it becomes easy. of course, i'm not talking about the ES or Org members. U definitely need to be around 99 to beat them.
U probably did find critical easy (i know a lot of ppl who did) but i wont believe that proud>critical.

I lost against Setzer XD
I like limit form and it is my auto-form.
C-o-R is fun, but once u get to level 60, its easy, except for the nobodies. I had to be level 66 for them.

QFT, I find critical mode to be a bitch and alot harder than proud mode on the first final mix, i've died so many times even with good strategy and being at a high level! I say that there are some con's to this game such as no other additions/add-ons to some worlds ( i would have loved to hear some new music in the pride lands, and a new extension for timeless river! ). But this game is as good as gold in my book, they added so much to such a ps2 boundry breaking game, it will make your eyes bleed. So that said and done, this game has tons of pro's and almost no con's!
I mean whats better than the mushroom heartless and the crown puzzle mini-game!? Nothing thats what!

I'm pretty sure that taking hours to beat Xigbar in KH2 Proud Mode when it only took me one try in FM2 Critical Mode means it's easier.
SzC: I already explained in pretty much all of my posts here what was harder in KH2. I easly beat everyone in one try in Critical Mode while it would usually take me 2+ times. Especially Xaldin and Xigbar. In Critical Mode, Xaldin was only able to get 1-3 hits on me while in KH2's Proud Mode, it took me sooooo many tries to finally beat him. I beat all the Org Silhouettes.
Oh and Supa S, I was at around level 60 when I beat the game. Probobly even less (like 40's or 50's)
And it's not because I've played KH2 so many times. I'm played it so many times and each time I always have a huge pain with Xaldin and Xigbar. Last time I played KH2, it literally took me 8 hours to beat Xaldin...>>

All the moves obtained from leveling drives are put to good use.
The Org battles are challenge
Theater mode is a nice enhancement when you want to view some of your favorite cutscenes.
Limit form bring back memories
Cons:
No real improvements to the story other than a clarity by the new cutscenes
Critical mode wasn't easy but I expected WAY more enemies to endure
No new enemies
No new secret boss fights (other than the org and AU)
Disappointment that all the "problems" including the worlds and old cutscenes were not fixed. Oh well.

But it's just impossible. Critical Mode is almost the same as proud when it comes to the difficulty of battles. The only difference is that you have 50% less HP - that won't make anything easier for sure. As for beating Xigbar for the first time - you were lucky.

Well, I guess there's no reason for me to not believe what you're saying but perhaps you approached KH2 differently than FM or you've just gotten better at playing video games in general. It's just a very awkward opinion because Critical is obviously and truly meant to be > Proud. Did you already face off against the armored knight?
Xaldin was really tricky, but 8 hours...man. Maybe you were underlevelled. Then, I can sorta speculate why you would find critical>proud. How did you find the Heartless (both minor and boss) overall?

Xaldin? Whoops. Sorry. I meant Xigbar (I'm always mixing up their names...). Either way, it was the most dissapointing time in my gaming life...XD
The normal heartless were just normal. Some easy, some not as easy. Except for when I first got to C-of-R. Now those heartless really pissed me off so much. But then I leveled up and I was able to beat them. The nobodies were alot harder than the heartless. Especially the ones in C-of-R (of course). Even with final form and magnet, it still took me a long long time for me to get pass them. I've played against the armored unknown and I got my balls handed to me. I'm super lucky if I can take out a bar. However, so far he seems to be easier than the Orgs in C-of-R. Cause at least with the Armored Unknown, I can take out a bar from him sometimes. With the orgs, I usually die in the 1st or 2nd hit right in the beginning of the match. I dont even get enough time to take a swing at them...
I had people watching me through my webcam as I played through FM2. And for though who couldnt watch, I walked them through everything I was doing. I dont believe in codes. They suck ass. Except for in Grand Theft Auto to go on killing sprees.
