hey guys

I just wanted to ask you , where you got the idea to buy the gams of the kingdom hearts series.

I mean , if you bought it because your friends had it , because you had too much money and you were bored or just because you loved Disney and final fantasy ? tell your story.

About me ?

well , i wanted to buy kingdom hearts in the year 2002 but i just... well forgot to buy it ^^. when I once bought a Magazine with PS2 demo games on it , I saw the trailer of Kingdom hearts 2 ( with a scene where sora runs up the building in the fight with xemnas 8D I was just totally amazed ) . imediatly I went to a games store and bought this game - as KH2 was my first game , I didnt understand the story at all , so Ive beaten the game 4 times ^^ until i finally bought KH 1 and after that KH : CoM.
And now Ive got to say , Im just totally amazed by this game and the whole series - i love it and I play it every single day. The desicion to buy this game , was the best desicion in my life and of course I will buy the next games.

so , what about you ?

I heard about from tv and other places but t first thought it was dumb. But I was at a blockbuster looking for a good game to play on the weekend, The cover just appealed to me so I picked it up loving the game derly ever since.

I got it after a friend of mine in 7th grade told me about it during Choir class. At first I thought it was retarded, but she confinced me to buy it. After begging my parents for months, I got it for Christmas. The funniest thing about it was that I was so happy to have gotten it that I flung my head back into a candle. My hair caught on fire! I couldn't stop laughing.

Well this might sound kinda weird but, when I first saw it I thought it would be crap since it had Disney and an RPG company but then I saw the commercial and heard Utada Hikari's singing, so I gave it a try. If not for SImple and Clean, I wouldnt be a KH fan.

Bad grammar alert!

It's kind of a long story.

The first KH game I played was actually Chain of Memories. I had read good reviews of both KH games, and had some leftover Christmas monies biggrin.gif

Eventually I did a sort of borrow-trade with my friend. He borrowed my Gamecube for a month, I borrowed his for a month. I played Kingdom Hearts. He got addicted to Animal Crossing. 'Sall good biggrin.gif

By the time KH2 came out, I was a full-fledged addict. I got it on the Tuesday it came out, then beat it by the time Spring Break was over (that saturday, in fact biggrin.gif)

I still love Chain of Memories, I've definitely logged the most hours of any game in the series on it. (probably just barely beating out my 120+ hours of KH2 though) EDIT: On second thought, I've probably only put 100 hours into CoM, making it second-best

That grammar isn't as bad as you think.

Anyways, I played a friend's KH. I don't even remember how I was possessed to do it since I don't usually play RPGs. Anyways, got super addicted after the Darkside stage, and the rest is history.

Girlfriend purchased it and let me play her newly started game for a while. After an hour of fighting off heartless in Traverse Town, I went and got myself a copy. Been rather addicted ever since.

I have this weird habbit of going into games shops, mainly window shopping, and look at games I like the cover of. I repeat this process for a few days and if the same game keeps catching my eye, I shall buy it. That's basically what happened, and I fell in love with the idea of journeying to Disney worlds...you know, for the child at heart! XD

My PS2 broke so I was getting a new one, and the free game that came with it was either Rachet and Clank or Kingdom Hearts. I would have liked to get both, and originally I was going to get R&C, but my love of Square and Disney eventually won over.

I bought Kingdom Hearts 2 for my niece at Christmas. Funnily enough I've been playing it more. ^^

Well I knew it was by Square-Enix and Disney(me then being an eleven year old that loved cracky things), bought it, loved it (eventually), and from then on it's history! ^^

I was up at gamestop, and had twenty buck to spend before my family went down to San Antonio for vacation. In case it got boring, ya know? Well, Ihad heard of KH before, but due to the article I read, and the lousy screenshots(both from Xpert Gamer Mag, at least I think) I thought it looked like crap. Well, I had nothing else to do, and it was the first time I had actually seen the game box. It looked a lot better than it had been, so I took it to the counter to ask about it. I was suprised when the guy recomended it, and bought it. After I got the playstation hooked up, I began playing... and I've bbeen hooked ever since.

My father said I could get a game. I didn't really want any of the games at that time. In that store anyway... I was very sceptic to KH (Liek, hearts and Donald and Goofy, and liek wtf?), but I liked it the moment I started playing 8D
