Hi everyone hi.gif

Kingdom Hearts is awesome (no doubt about it).

But I am interested in hearing why everyone else loves Kingdom Hearts.

Is it the characters?
Is it the storyline?

Or anything else you can think of.

Looking forward to hearing what you all think.

Bye for now. yess.gif

Well, first off, as I explained in a different thread, Kingdom Hearts is the lone series with the most speculation, in the history of video games. (Only rivaling that of the Triforce in Ocarina Of Time.)

Second to that, the storyline is so deep! It starts as three innocent kids who are dreaming of whats past their walls, to the chaos of the heartless, the Heart of their world, the Darkness in Riku, inheriting the Keyblade, etc. But you don't quite know what the hell is going on, which becomes unveiled to you as the game presses on.

Character development is amazing, as well. How characters become affected by the actions of others. Like how Malificent is able to taint Riku's heart to darkness with hate, and then turn him over to Xehanort.

Many other things as well, but I just woke up, and am much to tired to elaborate.

I second what he just said. The storyline is deep and enticing, the characters have good development over time, and the adventure is just really cool. It has this different flair about it that I like; it's not like all other video games. And not is it only action/adventure, but it really makes you think.

And yes, it has so much speculation it astounds me. But that's part of the fun with Kingdom Hearts. You never know what Nomura is going to do next. Sometimes it's annoying, but it's all good.

Yeah, everything. The gameplay, the charaters, the story, the puzzles. And the keybalde is awesome. I lov to get the tech points out of the blue nocturnes and such. The puzzles have varying degrees of difficulty and are always solvable. The voices are great. Plus, its fun to run around massacering Heartless in Traverse Town.

I like the music but the story is way to deep and confusing for the childish themes I know kids that gave their game away because the had no clue what was going on the whole game and just gave it away I t really does get ya addicted at times but I myself have tried to hide that I like to play it because every five seconds there is an awkward line by goofy that makes it embarrasing for you to let any 1 else watch you play my friend never let me hear the end of it when he saw the ending of KH2 with me and seriously have you checked theri ages? these guys are way into puberty but never once mention anything over the age of seven Sora Is 15 in KH2 15!!!!!! alright the farthest they get is a hug!!!! but hey that's Disney for you

You need to breathe in between the longest sentence I've ever had the displeasure of reading! Oh God, the run-ons! blink.gif

That's the first time I heard about the kids giving their games away. It's a small drawback: biggest KH gamers are the 12-20+ demographic anyways.

Haha, np.

We're steering off-topic but I'm compelled to ask: Why do you have so many duplicates? Major obsession? Buy-and-sell for profit? Duplicate xmas presents? Played them so much that they kept breaking down so you had to get new ones? ^^

I like the deep story. The gameplay. The graphics. The fact that it's my first RPG. That game introduced me to 100s of other games. I became more intelligent because of it's deep story, and words/phrases I didn't know the meaning to before.(Wikipedia helps) It's unique style. That's all I have right now.

I'd have to say that I loved the storyline, the music, and the basic consept (sp?) of the game. It was enjoyable and I just got done beating it again for the upteenth time this weekend. I'm now moving onto KHII yet again before I leave for this summer. I doubt my parents will let me take my PS2, so I'm playing as much as I can before leaving.

I love the music to the game! I can't stop listening to it. It's so beautiful and soothing. The battle music makes me wanna get up and dance around like I'm fighting or something. I walk home listening to the background music and even sway/dance along with it. I've seen people stare at me, but I don't care. If I'm having fun doing something involving that game, I could care less what everyone around me thinks.

There are so many things that I love about KH:
-the music is excellent
-the storyline is deep
-the characters are awesome (plus, SoraXKairi lol)
-it's able to keep a cheerful innocence while being mixed in with darkness of the heart
There's more, but I could go on forever. happy.gif

What I like about Kingdom Hearts is the fact that its one of the most speculated games that I know of- everyday people come up with different theories and such and in the end we're left wondering "BUT WHY?" and then we all put the blame on Nomura for hiding to many things for us ;__; which I find fun sometimes :D
