I wonder, for anyone that has already beat KH358/2 Did anyone else notice Xion's third final form looks like Kurt Ziza ((Extra boss for KH1)) Or is it just me? XD I posted it as a trivia for Xion in the KH wikia, but I just wanted to be sure.
D: I would have made a topic but I'm not allowed to on here yet >_<;;
Hints:
Agrabah setting
Four arms
Gold, yellow, white (+) color scheme
..yeah pretty much

This game totally needs wi-fi multiplayer. Not that many people own the game where I live.

After Axel gets sent to Castle Oblivion, is Larxene really dead? I played CoM, and I know what happened... But... I kinda don't wanna believe it. I mean heck, there's been like 2? Not even, 1? Mission with her. She's my favorite member, yet I hardly got to team up with her.
Same for Marluxia either by the way. And Zexion and Vexen and Lexaus. All characters who were killed off way too quickly imo.
It's kinda stupid that this had to happen so soon. I would have loved it so much to learn more about Larxene, yet she hardly has five lines in this game.

I got a quick in between question...

They are all dead gone, and it did happen really quickly, but that's the nature of the story. They had to keep in consistent.

you can still play as/with her. do mission mode, or even repeat the mission that the AI controlled her in (which will get boring after awhile)
...don't know why you like her. she's sadistic....

Exactly, but her attacks during the battle are also very similar... ((Evil spin attack of doooom))

LOL yes, Kurt Ziza, and Phatom...
There's even more in Final Mix.
XD I feel like a nerd for noticing this
I just didn't want to bog the KH wikia with nonsense.

Quite the contrary, mon ami.
-Tetsuya Nomura
Though very improbable, we could see multiple fallen characters reappearing in future titles. Honestly I really don't know how to take that. It seems no one really stays dead of long in anything except for reality
P.s:And Kingdomkey, I was kidding.

That is why she is awesome. Same for Marluxia, by the way.
I don't regret getting KH:Days, but I am a little disappointed with this game. For one the way how the game was supposed to be all about the Organization, and it still is I guess, but almost right after the start of the game the Organization is already decimated by the chunk that went to CO. Yay, so who we got left? All those lame dudes we met in KH2, except for Axel Roxas and Xion, who are pretty cool. Also pretty disappointed by the lack of screentime Demyx is getting.
And one of the other major things, the ridicilous lack of voice acting. There is only voice acting in FMV's. All ingame scenes (with rare exceptions) = textbox. Really, I would have thought this game would have as much voice acting as KHII. Other DS games pulled it off, so it is definitely possible.
Aside from that, cool game. It just focuses too much on Roxas / Axel / Xion.
I might get some hate for this so sorry for the rant.

To be honest, the lack of voicing is the least of this game's concerns.

Okay, yes, he did say that but in relevance to 358/2 days you don't see the fallen members again.

I'm at day 172 (Lies). Anyone know how far through I am? Halfway, or farther?
Don't spoil anything though.

I think the lack of voice acting is a side effect from having the tacked on mission and multiplayer modes. To make space for it they opted to use less voiced scenes.
To be honest, the lack of voicing is the least of this game's concerns.
Well i'm only speaking on behalf of mysel here, but i'd rather had more or even all the Scenes voiced (not necassarily in CGI), than have the Multiplayer mode.
Yeah it would do a number on the Game's lifespan but, KH is undeniably Story driven and in that sense the Story would have been better delivered through spoken Dialouge. But hey I dislike reading...
Your right though, before that.. the Camera/ Camera Controls needed fixing for one

I have a question for anyone who's beat the game too, although I don't want actual spoilers either.
Around Day 255,
And also, another question about Day 277 I think,
I think it was to search for either Naminé or Xion (really not sure though), but that was a cover-up. Saïx had a reason of personal gain to send Axel there. Axel and Saïx talk about it in Axel's room at some point. It was really more of a favor than a mission or obligation.
First off, it was Xion's dream, not Roxas'. I guess the part with Roxas picking up the Thalassa shell actually occurs, because Roxas is at Destiny Islands that day, but where he sees Xion and then enters Riku's memories is Xion's dream. It's really hard to go into detail about this without spoiling you. Maybe you should just play the game some more.

I think some points of the story are left unexplained and just left us more questions. Though they answered all about Roxas and the story about Xion. Axel and Saix had a conspiracy going on about them and now I'm more interested about their past. And why the hell King Mickey had small participation in the story. I expected him and Riku to play a larger part in the game. Anyway the story is still great but it could have been more perfect if they touch the whole organization's origins and the past of their members or perhaps more tidbits to connect to BBS.
Riku is the reason why Xion leaves the Organization and because Xion leaves, Roxas leaves. One thing that people don't get about 'origin' games that Square-Enix makes is that they never really explain the origins. Not to mention that Days was not about the Organization or Axel and Saïx, it was about Roxas and his life during the year Sora was asleep. And Birth by Sleep takes place during the Organization's creation, no use featuring that in two games.

Pretty much spot on with that response though I would like to add that a few org. members are simply minor and only there to use as hurdles for Sora to overcome. (Demyx I'm looking at you) Though it might be nice to know what he was before becoming a Nobody it's really unimportant in the long run. He, for one, made literally no impact on the plot of the game.
~Jaron
I agree. Demyx really doesn't come to use until KHII:FM+, when he explains the Absent Silhouettes to Sora and co. And anyone could have done that rolfcano
Edit: Actually, I find Demyx's nickname for Saïx, "X-Face", mildly amusing.

Aqua Master Empoleon, on 21 September 2007 - 02:57 AM, said:
The /2 is interesting...But I think I get it =D
Okay...Sora woke up in Twilight Town, and when he came from the old house it was Sunset. This was around the time that Roxas disappeared. When a sunset comes, the day is ALMOST over but not completely. If Sora wakes up at that time and Roxas disappeared, then it wasnt a full day. Therefore leading to the name 358/2 days =D
And of course 358 is almost a whole year, which is the time that Sora spent in the pod leading him to being 15 now
It might be a litte confusing...But its really the best I've got
I have no idea if anyone answered this yet...but
