I'm saying that Deep Dive was a concept video. While things in the trailer did happen [more likely than not you're referring to Riku and Roxas], to base an argument upon would be bad.

In making clarity to your statement, the event of Deep Dive is canon but any specific scenes not captivated in KH2 are not to be reference. But in this case I would have to disagree. The only thing not to take reference, as of yet the walls breaking, Kairi, the dialog and the ability to summon three keyblades, nothing more.

i think that the /2 is saying that this year is from roxas' perspecitve. like 358 divide by two, two as in sora and roxas. one story for each, both of their takes on the year.

It sounds more like Terra (or any other character). Rikunart" was during the deep dive event and afterwords, so I don't think it's him.

That's what I was saying, that there's a good chance of it being Terra.

Makes sense since he'd probably be referring to Ven.

But it would also make sense if it was Riku (sorry, not Rikuhort lol) since he could be talking about Sora. Plus, DiZ assigned him to capturing Roxas...

I forgot that this was before Riku transformed. It makes me wonder who it is that Mickey talks to in the Twilight Town forest.....

Just checked an old update in kh-vids, and there was something I had missed before!:

Compare to the unknown in the scan, Axel is a lot skinnier. Unless that scene is taken place after Deep Dive, it's not Rikunart.

They are not all that different. Demyx and Axel's coats are similar, as are Saix and Luxord's and Marluxia's, and Xaldin to Xemnas' in a way.

That's not proof that it's Xemnas. It's proof that he's met him before. Could it be Xemnas? Well, yeah. But is it definitely him? Nope.

When Mickey arrives in Hollow Bastion (Ansem's lab). He look at the picture, and corrected them that it is not Ansem but couldn't remember who he was until he met Xemnas a few scenes later.

As in after deep dive they confront each other. At first Mickey recognize Ansem(Heartless) but couldn't remember who he really was, but turns out to be Riku. Riku makes Mickey promise never to tell Sora what happen to him, and that was the last time they meet until the end of KH2. Meh...i tried.

I dunno. Probably:

Mickey senses Riku and goes to see him. He hasn't seen Riku since CoM, and wanted to check up on him. When he got there, he saw Rikunort. From there, one of two things happen:

1. He remembers that he is Xehanort, and tries to attack him until Riku reveals his identity
2. He doesn't remember Xehanort, and stands there trying to remember until Riku reveals hiss identity.

Then the promise comes after a sappy cutscene with dramatic music.
