What in your opinion is the sadest most heart wrenching cutscence out of the whole series.

For me it was when Sora sacrificed himself. I mean come on. Noooooooooo Sora!!!! I felt like omg....OMG....OMG!!!!!!!! and I was so sad I me and my sister were holding each other with our mouths gapped open in horror.
And then I remember being a heartless and was like "wait I'm sora so this heartless must by sora. and I was like theres hope!!!

The only game that I've ever played that had a scene that i found really sad, was the ending to Crisis Core.
But in Kingdom Hearts, I guess it would have to be when Axel sacrificed himself.

Well, I can't really know until I've played the new CoM, but the saddest scene I can think of right now is Sora and Kairi's parting at the end of KH1. Luckily, I knew that there was a sequel, so my sadness was sort of overwhelmed by my "oh my freakin gosh I must know what happens next!!"

Yah there really wasn't any doubt that they wouldn't kill him. Axel and Ansem are the only good guys that die, and they both sacrifice themselves.

I mean I was crying when Sora started crying after running into Riku...

Then again, that reminded me about the time I ran into my best friend (who I ironically had not seen for a year.) and broke down crying on the floor (she had to kneel down to give me a hug and get me to stop crying...)

I felt a bit bad with Ansem, but I had come to hate him so I didn't feel too bad...Just a tinge of sadness.

Axel, I cried. I remember I was mumbling "No." over and over when I saw him after the explosion he caused....

OH WHY?! *breaks down into tears again*

Hmm, well, I don't think I was sad at Sora's sacrifice in game one...cause I thought it was overly cool being a heartless! I did gasp when they shut the door on Riku though...what can I say, I liked the sexy silver haird anti-hero!

Okay, saddest moment was definitely Axel's sacrfice for me, he was my favourite character in KH2!

I'm pretty sure that the part where Roxas says "My summer vaction is over," and you know that you won't be able to play as him anymore, that was pretty sad for me. Although I was happy to see Sora, Donald and Goofy again!

There were a few moments for me:


1) Sora "suiciding" with the keyblade for Kairi (KH1)

2) Demyx going boom >_> what D: it was a sad death (KH2)

3) Axel dying so that Sora dn co could continue on (KH2)

4) When Saix says "Where is my heart?" (KH2)

Really I found a lot of the parts that were linked with the Organization to be relatively sad.

KH:CoM: I can't really remember...but I thought where Namine was just being used all the time was sad and how she always looked so sad.
KH2: When Roxas said his summer vacation was over and the part where Sora meets up with Hayner, Pence, and Olette and gets on the train and a tear cascades down his face. It just kinda touched me.

-Roxas's Last Day. When he enters the Pod Room, it becomes apparent that Roxas's world has been completely turned upside-down. His final words before the end of the Prologue, "Looks like my summer vacation is...over" symbolized not only his attachment to his friends and his virtual life (in which summer was ending), but also his realization that he's about to "die".

-Saix's Death Scene. "Where is my heart...?" is probably one of the saddest quotes ever. I really don't think Saix was that bad of a Nobody, as far as nobodies go, and that quote showed that all he wanted was a heart. Not that this wasn't obvious beforehand, but still.

Roxas turning out to still be around even after supposedly disappearing after Sora's awakening. I mean, shit, I thought I was finally rid of the fucker and then all of a sudden he comes back?
It broke me. I was a broken man. Why, oh WHY, was he still around?

Actually, when Goofy appeared to have died in KH2. I mean, I actually could feel the same rage Mickey was feeling. Went from - "no, GOOFY! NO!!" to "I am going to KILL every last one of you!"

The ending to KH2 wasn't sad per se... but I still want to cry everytime I watch it. And also the part where Namine and Roxas fade back into Sora and Kairi... again, not actually sad but just... emotional.

Also when Ansem the Wise 'sploded. I was like... o-o what just happened? And called up my friend and was like 'AHHH! Did ansem die!?'

I kind of liked Ansem the Wise. Poor guy.
