What was your favorite scene in Kingdom Hearts 1?

Answers can include scenes from the Final Mix version as well.

Oh gosh, definitely when Sora used the Keyblade that unlocks Hearts to free Kairi and the princesses' hearts. And the whole heartless gameplay... andSora being brought back to his original form by the sheer willpower of Kairi's heart. That, and the Very very very very very last scene tat is witnessed in the whole game... with prototype old Kairi on the beach of their island... maybe there are better ones, but those are the awesomest ones i can think of at the moment... I also love the traverse town's third visit + Sora's first official acid trip scene [which also revealed that Kairi is from the Hollow Bastion (or "Radiant Garden")].

The scene right before you fight ansem, when your on destiny island and its all half-destroyed.

The scene Shay said.

and the end scene, especially when Kairi sees the picture on the wall of Sora feeding her the paopu fruit.

I can literally recite it, as well.

Any other cutscene from Hallow Bastion would count as my favorite...and Donald pulling the camera down when he was talking to Aerith.

Where they discuss Wendy not being a Princess of Heart.

And when Sora fights Riku.
Every time.
I thought those were all good scenes.

Oh, Holy Hedgehogs, there so many favorites! I can't chose one! Maybe I can narrow it down to three...

1) Sora stabbing himself to save Kiari and the Princesses!
2) All those Riku and Maleficent scenes...great looks into the heart of Riku!
3) Of course, the whole "There's a Light that never goes out," scene...

My favorite is when Sora releases the hearts of the princesses. When I first saw that scene when I was younger... I freaked. Haha. I replayed the game and noticed that he smiled before releasing them.. remembering that Donald and Goofy sad no frowning faces.

There were other scenes that I liked, but those left the greatest impression on me.

I can't pick!

When I was younger, I would definitely say the pier scene between Sora and Kairi but now it's so hard to choose.

...I think I might still be sappy and say when Kairi gives Sora her good luck charm. "And then--I heard a voice. Your voice. You brought me back." "I didn't want to just forget about you, Sora. I couldn't." etc etc and "Don't ever forget, where ever you go, I'm always with you."

And hahah "the heart may be weak..." speech. I have the words & hand motions memorized as well.

Lets not forget... "Kairi! Kairi! Open your eyes!" "That girl has lost her heart, she cannot wake up." "What? You... You're not Riku..." I only heard that cutscene 100 times or more.

I just love the moment at the end of the game right before you enter the various battles against Ansem's final form, when you fall and then all of a sudden you hear Riku go "Giving up already? Come on Sora! Thought you were stronger that that!"

I never knew other people liked this scene, definately my fav except I remember all of "ANSEM" parts
