Oh come on. Just because someone gets casted a lot doesn't mean they wouldn't be good for a role. In fact, it means they are good.

Nothing against them of course. They're VERY capable actors. But, it annoys me that they kept getting shots at leads and everywhere else. It's like saying there isn't any other actors at all that are capable when there are. The directors/Yuri and Johnny don't really take advantage of their range and expand them (aside from Yuri from some occasions).

I just want someone that isn't casted as much is all. I still say either Liam O'Brien (who isn't casted as much as them, and has a range that few are exposed to) or Sam Riegel as Zexion. They've got the ominous presence in their voice.

If they DO get the role (Yuri and Johnny), I say, "eh ok. They'll do good."

I honestly don't care how many times a VA gets used as long as they fit the role. The only reason I've had Liam as my main choice for Zex for so long is because I thought it was soooo obvious. But, I'm not sure that Zex is actually his type of character. And after seeing Blum's Moses on Blood+, and JB's playing Lelouch, who is someone other than his usually gruff, brash guy roles, I just like their sounds for Zexion. Sam Riegel, I've only heard him in one clip before, so can't really judge.

I want the voice to fit as well as possible, and I don't think that's worth sacrificing just to get someone new, but who won't do the voice as well. Especially for the Org.

But still, compared to say, Marl, I don't really care as much about Zex's voice.

It doesn't necessary have to be a new actor. But, maybe, one that didn't get as many roles as the golden boys. And, of course it does have to fit.

But, yeah, Zexion is definitely in Liam O'Brien's alley. Akihiko (Persona 3) is...somewhat similar to Zexion. He has that calculating personality, partly. But, like I said, if Yuri or Johnny get casted, eh, ok. Anyone else fit for the role would be great too

It's not just the personality I'd say. It's also, for me, the similarity to the feel of the JP voice, assuming there is one. Not saying they have to be exactly the same, but if I like the JP version, I'll want the English voice to give off a similar coolness.

Yeah, I can definitely see that voice for Zexion. I guess Zex is a character who would be able to have different voice types but they would still fit him...maybe.

I can't seem to have an opinion on Larxene though.

I guess she should be playful in a sadistic kind of way. Colleen O'Shaughnessey would of been interesting to hear as Larxene (if the rumor is true). Grey DeLisle too, if you plan to go to a somewhat deeper voice.

O-KAY everybody: Listen up, cuz I have been asked this TONS of times- I have no idea who the other people are in the video game voice-wise. I did not meet them, nor do I remember their names when I was told them. Suffice it to say that these voice actors are not the typical anime group whom you hear in a lot of shows-referring to the group that make up the organization. Richard Epcar and Quinton Flynn are back reprising the roles they previously did, as well as Hailey Joel Osment and Christopher Lee, and that's all I know. Sorry guys. Guess you'll just have to wait another month to find out.

It's basically what he said before only in more detail. I guess most of the actors that we know that voiced in anime are debunked for now.

He does have a point, though- Look at the Organization, specifically Xemnas, Xigbar, Xaldin, Demyx, Roxas... Their voices really aren't well known as voice actors, maybe Xemnas is.

No, I was just thinking what DarkRyan said. The more important Org members in KH2, Xemnas, Saix, and Axel, were in fact VAs who are in big anime dubs (Naruto and Bleach of course, and a bunch of others).

Ones like Demyx and Xaldin, not well known at all.

But in ReCoM, all the members are pretty much developed equally. Maybe Marl and Zex are most important with Axel.

Well, as long as Paul St. Peter can do Xemnas, I have hope for Troy as Marluxia (he's not super common in anime either, I'd say). The others I don't really mind what VAs they get. Although, it's already on the right track with Prince as Vexen. I had been losing hope that it would be someone other than Eiding, since Vexen really doesn't strike me the same as Hojo, even if both shared a seiyu.

I agree. Troy Baker was the lead in Trinity Blood, and now the villain in Bleach's Bount arc. But he's still not that talked-about.

That's due to the fact that it's a matter of fandom, plus the "more popular anime VAs do appear in mainsteam" TV shows.

Take Spike Spencer, he was only known for his role as Shinji in Evangelion. But now, he joined the animaze group and has recently been in Bleach(Hanataro) and Code Geass (Rolo)
