In the scene "Snarl of Memories", Xion (Roxas?) starts having visions of that scene from Reverse-Rebirth where Zexion talks to Riku in the Destiny Islands room of Castle Oblivion. Now, I know that Xion has been absorbing Sora's memories via Roxas, so how would she start "remembering" something that Sora never knew happened?

Xion may contain some of Riku's data.. That's all I can think of atm. Like from when they fought and made physical contact, maybe Xion was able to replicate some of Riku's memories. Or maybe from when he was holding her Keyblade.

*SPOILERS* If you had played the final episode of KH birth by sleep you see Aqua throwing Terra out of the realm of darkness well i guess Terra saw that happen and since Riku and Terra share pieces of their heart because of the destiny islands scene so since Riku replica was made they share the same memories and Xion also was made in Castle Oblivion so Xion took some of Riku replicas memories and some of Roxas' memories. Thats why Roxas sees Xion as a black haired Kairi.
P.S. do not get mad at me if all this info is wrong

That part really confused me as well. But I'm pretty sure it's random memories getting leaked into Xion. Namine was watching over Riku (that's why she appears as Kairi and speaks out to him) so I think since she's tied to Sora and blah blah, that those memories got into Xion. And to the last post, Xion looks like Kairi because Xion accidentally like absorbed all of Sora's memories of Kairi and thats why his memory restoration couldn't be completed because those are his most 'important' memories. Because she is his light.

Quite simply put, it likely can be attributed to Xion's unstable nature when it comes to memories. A definition of "snarl" is "a tangled, confusing mess". It's possible that some non-Sora memories just slipped through by chance. It seems possible that Xion could be a sort of "black hole" of memories due to the unstoppable rate she begins to absorb them from Sora.

Xion's appearance is different to a lot of people.

Riku was able to see her immediately because he is intuned to Sora's heart, and I imagine a lot of the memories Sora and Kairi share together. (Remember, Xion is a reflection of Sora's memories of Kairi.)

It takes Roxas a little while to become accustomed to his heart(..s)(?), and thus he sees a hooded figure for awhile.

Meanwhile, some organization members see her as Ventus because that's who's ability to use the Keyblade she is using.

You're right, it makes sense now, to me. Xion's appearance is a reflection of how people want her to be.

I guess only people who are connected to Sora and Kairi can actually see Xion's face.

I think that scene applies to both Roxas and Xion since the next scene is the part where Xion lost consciousness and Roxas running away from the scene.

My guess is that since Sora, Xion and Roxas is connected somehow and the fact that when Sora is in the pod, the memories is seeping in and out, it might be possible that the memories of the castle itself mixed with Sora's memories which in turn altering Roxas and Xion's memories.

This is just what I think, since Xion is supposedly a puppet to keep memories. And it seems that Xion takes in too much of Sora's memories that she starts to want to be a "somebody". Like you said Xion absorbs Sora's memories through Roxas but maybe Xion can absorb any memory that comes into contact with her (including Riku's). So, maybe Xion accidentally absorbed some of Riku's memories about that meeting with Zexion and the memories were overflowing and it was too fast for her to process it (because she doesn't know if that was Sora's memories or Riku's). Therefore causing her to faint or go unconscious.
