Well that's just friggin ridiculous. Now I'm really not sure if I'll get this, if it would just be a waste of time to try fighting those two. No way do I know anyone in person who also will get FM. But at the same time, that new Secret episode sounds like it could be very interesting.
Ahh what to do...

Ya, it's gonna be ridiculous to do solo, but it's gotta be worth a try.
And i'm sure there's plenty of people who will get it, it's just there nowhere near you XD

Then I hope it's like Tekken 6 where you have enough people playing that you can just go online and fight anyone at any time, instead of having to actively find someone and make sure you're playing at the same time, coordinate etc. That just seems like it would be a hassle. Though I've never been online with a handheld so I don't know how it would work.
I might just wait, and look for youtube vids later on to see if there are any of people beating those two bosses solo. If there are then I'd definitely get it.
I just can't comprehend how any boss could be worse than the Unknown when you use Terra. It's largely impossible to dodge his deadliest attacks, which all bring you down to 1 HP with Second Chance and Once More, but if he catches you in an attack then immediately follows it up with another, that second attack is usually unavoidable and you die. How could anything be worse?

Oh and in the videos MotA doesn't appear to one-shot all the time, but may just hit you more...
but yeah, i think things are gonna be harder to dodge, which was the key to beating MF.
Hmm...
makes me wonder what you get for beating em...
first guess is the Square Enix keyblade Eraqus has and then Xehanort's keyblade.

As for desperation moves, considering Vantias Remnant and MF's moves pretty much all reduced you to 1 HP, and if MF's grapple attack caught you you were probably screwed, I don't see how any desperation move could be worse.
Even if they hit you more, I'm assuming they can't break through Second Chance and Once More, so you really should be able to survive their combos.
The only attacks I've seen from AotM so far are an attack like Eraqus used where light beams shoot out around him, a chain attack like MF had, and a seal attack like Terra LS had in FM2. For No Heart, all we've been shown are him doing physical attacks off his throne, and what looks like MX's keyblade storm attack.
As for dodging, unless they nerf Ven's dodge roll, you should be able to just roll through their attacks safely for the most part, like with MF.

Hmm... The meteor move and the mega flare were bad, but very momentary.
I see wide, long attacks happening. I mean double the length of MF's blades and he'd be ALOT harder, you'd lose some comfort room.
The reason I'm thinking wide attacks is because if you've got multiple people you wanna hit as many as you can at one time.
I could see NH having a huge swing, he did have a similar move as to what i'm thinking in KH2. (maybe with darkness coming out the blade to make it longer, and thus the swing wider.)
However I see most groups of people who'd fight'em being comprised of Ven's or Aqua's. Terra isn't going to get much love haha

Yes but my point was the Unknown's attacks already take you right down to 1 HP. No matter what you call it, a Desperation move can't go past that.

Ehh the explosions they cause lasted a good 1-2 seconds. And if he used them twice in a row and you were Terra you were probably screwed.

Those blade attacks weren't that bad though. And the length of the combo didn't really matter, if you got caught you just had to sit back and wait it out.

Don't forget though that that swing in KH2 was easily avoided by jumping high or staying back. And it might even have been blockable.

Well we should find out soon anyways, we've got four days till the games released, and I plan on playing through it to try and fight those guys before all the strategies show up on youtube or the wiki.
I just realized that No hearts arena is probably bigger than AotM which could make things interesting, or just giving us room to actually dodge stuff, since the keyblade storm move has been spotted. Then with the chain attack for AotM could have combo chaining properties where he could hit you, get pulled into you and then combo, or it could seal whatever command you were on.
What do you think going to make them so much more difficult?

Even with the attacks you've described, you'd still be left with 1 HP and could then dodge away and heal. Even if AotM seals your magic, use hi-potions.
