I just beat terra storyline and I save the clear data but i dont see it, I see my terra save with a star at the end, does that mean that is the clear data? I also click on the save and its took me back to the keyblade graveyard to start the battle again

Yes that is the clear data. But did you beat the other two stories yet? The clear data won't mean anything unless you do.

Finish all 3, you'll get access to the final chapter in a new save file, then after that you can go to the secret bosses in the original 3 clear data files. I believe.

The secret bosses are the Vanitas Remnant and the Unknown. Beat all 3 characters' stories, then beat the final episode, then go back into any of the original 3 stories, not new games but continuing from your clear data file, and you can find VR at the Keyblade Graveyard in the Badlands, and Unknown at the Land of Departure.

Wooow, thank you so much. I'll go there now. I'm wondering though, which character can fight which character? Can Terra, Ven and Aqua all fight the same secret bosses at the same places? Thanks for your help.

Yeah, they are always at those places I mentioned and everyone can fight them.

Awesome! Are they hard? As in, as hard as Sephiroth in KH2? What level would you recommend?

Ooh boy, if you're taking KH2 Sephiroth as your standard of difficulty, I think you might be in for a rude awakening. Personally I thought KH1 Sephiroth was harder anyway, but that's besides the point. Point is, it's generally agreed on from what I've observed that the level of difficulty for several big KH optional bosses goes like this:
Sephiroth (KH2 or KH1, though I put the KH1 version after Xemnas) > Xemnas (the Unknown from FM, again easier for some people than KH1 Sephiroth, including me) > Organization XIII Data battles in FM2 > Vanitas Remnant > Terra's LS (some say VR is harder but I disagree for simple reasons) > the Unknown from BBS.
So that's just to give you a general idea of the difference in difficulty levels. If you go after the Unknown and have too much trouble, I would advise you start by fighting KH2 Sephiroth until you no longer really think of him as 'hard.' Because comparatively, he isn't in this case. There are all those other bosses easier than the Unknown who are usually agreed to still be stronger than KH2 Sephiroth. Now, training against him won't do nearly as much as say, actually buying the Final Mixes and practicing against all those other bosses I mentioned, but it should suffice to get you comfortable with these types of hard optional bosses. Unless you already are of course. I'm just going by what you implied about having trouble with KH2 Sephiroth.
Because, the thing about this new Unknown is, he's a bastard. He is obnoxiously cheap, he is gleefully unfair, and he does not like us.
Now he was much easier for me as Ven, but that might have been partially because I had already died about 80 times against him as Terra, and so had his attacks down in my head. And if you want to beat him with all 3, it could easily be a nightmare. Even if you don't, it probably will be.
What else...oh right, you asked about levels. Well I don't know your level of skill at the game, so I can't say for sure, but I beat VR at lvl 50 with everyone, then for Unknown, I had to have Terra at lvl 60 (no point in going higher since I don't believe your stats increase past 60; and even then it's awful), Ven at 55, Aqua at 57.
