i've heard somewhere that psp games are not all region locked. so this could mean that bbsfm MAY be playable outside japan...
sorry if this is majorly false.
but do you think this could be possible?

PSP games are in fact region free. I imported BBS when it first came out because I didn't wanna wait the long wait for the English version. So ordering BBS:FM is an option for anyone that wishes to buy/play it.

so does that mean that the command deck wont be in kanji? cuz i would get it if i knew i could under stand the command deck

Final Mix only has Japanese text, as always.
