Seeing as the NGP was announced last month and also with

the revealing of bbs volume 2

, maybe this next potential addition to the series may see its release on the new sony hand-held. (Seeing as KH3 potentially for PS3 is still a few years off). What'd you guys think?

It would be an unnecessary and unwise move on Square's end to make fans go out and buy a while new handheld alongside the 3DS and release a second half of a game on a different platform. The PSP still has plenty of potential and they already have an engine for it so... no NGP for Kingdom Hearts please.

I totally agree, just with square enix talking about 'branching out into new areas' sorta stuff all the time just made me think whether they would dare ...

I totly agree with what is said...I would be kinda mad if they move it to the ngp...for the fact that now I have to buy a ngp...when I already need a 3ds to play kh 3d...to me it doesent make scents to got that way

i love kh just like all but they want thing that will work for kh (like ps3!!!) they need better pic(grifx or wait is it) for the game (like ps3 !!!!) he need contrler just like ps2 (like ps3 you dum just get kh for ps3!!!!!)

It would be ideal if BBS Vol. 2 (if it will definitely exist) were released on both the PSP and PSV. But then again, Square Enix love spreading the KH games over several different consoles, so my hopes aren't too high.

I would prefer them to make BBS2 on the PS vita. They've already put just about every side game on a different console. I would hate for them to make another KH game on a DS. Also the Vita has PS3 graphics and 2 analog sticks. It would be as close to a console version of KH as we could possibly get on a handheld.

The Vita is a good fit for additional KH games. It's a powerful device that can really enhance and change KH gameplay. Assuming that BBS vol. 2 is just at pre-production stage right now, it's conceivable to schedule it for the Vita. Nomura has expressed that he likes experimenting on different systems. I will probably buy a Vita, so I'm not that galled about it, but I can see how this really stinks for a large number of fans. I mean, every KH game lends something important to the story--we're not talking about Uncharted here. So it is, in essence, a downer for fans who aren't sprawling in money.

Considering how batty Nomura is when it comes to mini-games in his games (Re:Coded IS a mini-Game, isn't it?) I think the Vita would be a perfect platform for another portable entry/spin-off in the series.

But in all honesty, I'd much rather have a big ol' pretty Kingdom Hearts game in HD.

The funny thing is that a KH game on the PSV would actually be HD.

I can see them developing a KH game (BbSv2) on the PSV but at the same time I'm not sure if they want to make the transition into HD on a handheld, and for a side game no less. Then again they could just rip us off and make a game with BbS/DDD caliber graphics but make it exclusive for the PSV anyway.

Weeeeell, technically the PSVita isn't HD, but it's not too shy from it (which is why the MGS collection for Vita doesn't have the HD subtitle).
But that aside, yeah, it'd look very crisp and clean.
Despite how gorgeous BbS looked on the tech it was running on, the jaggies were a huge annoyance. It's a shame BbS isn't on the PlayStation store for this reason.


I can't imagine that BbS V2 would be a Vita release, considering the age of both the game's development and the machine itself.
HD Kingdom Hearts would be pretty gorgeous though.

This is also kinda why I wanna see an HD collection for BbSFM/KHFM/Re:CoM/KH2FM on PS3 or something.
All the games that matter on one system, their finalized versions. It's the OCD in me.

Then we'd be in a similar situation back before KH2 when you think about it.
The main game(s) on the Playstation console, the bridge game (DDD/CoM) on a Nintendo handheld, and then waiting for the next major installment.

And then.
