So as we all know, the creator of Kingdom Hearts has taken a considerable long time just to make Kingdom hearts III (3 for those who don't know what this is) so my opinion to everyone would be, what would you say to Tetsuya Noruma or Nomura (I forget how to say it) if he just gave up on finishing the series, how would you feel, to what extreme would you go to? Any opinion is fine to me, just don't start hating on each other (in case).

The rest of the team would pick it up, if they were bold enough to do it with Nomura. Tai Yasue was the other director-he can continue on.
If, theoretically, Nomura takes the backseat, I expect he'd take on a producer role. Throw in Yoshinori Kitase as producer #2 to be safe.
Nomura is an ambitious director-he's responsible for the vision and has given his Tokyo and Osaka teams lofty goals to achieve, so without him, I don't think the KH development team would push as hard and we wouldn't have as many innovations for subsequent releases.
The story would tank, though. Because that's at the discretion of the director. KHIII should tie up all loose ends-and there are a lot of them. Not sure if anyone other than Nomura can keep it straight.
