The game began development in 2005 and two years later on September 20, 2007 at the Tokyo Game Show it was announced alongside Kingdom Hearts Coded and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for the Playstation Portable. Now nearly 3 years later the game is now available to purchase in North America!
