New Kingdom Hearts Plush Designs

Thanks to hidemi_mad_dog on twitter, he has tweeted an image featuring a Shadow, Dusk, and Flood in a cuter format than what they are known for. The reason for this image is that they are designs for new Kingdom Hearts plushes! The designs were sketched by Tetsuya Nomura himself.

On this date 10 years ago, this great series known as Kingdom Hearts was released. Captivating fans young and old alike with it’s blend of Final Fantasy-ness but more importantly it’s Disney-ness. We raise our glasses today and toast to 10 years for the Kingdom Hearts series!

You can either be new to the series or a follower since the first game but need to catch up information you may have missed or forgotten. Kingdom Hearts Japanese Website Portal Updated

Square Enix has re-opened and updated the Kingdom Hearts Portal Website, where links to all of the official Japanese sites are displayed as well as the “Message to the Kingdom” blog and the Kingdom Hearts mobile site. This update introduces an “About” section which gives information about the entire Kingdom Hearts series and even a chronological look at all the Kingdom Hearts games to date.

The Fan-Works Community of Kingdom Hearts

There are so many potential untold stories that Nomura missed in Kingdom Hearts, and so many scenes that could have been realized. Though he may have left them out of the games, or just had not thought of them, we can look to fans to apply their talent in story-telling, brush and art to recreate the whole Kingdom Hearts universe.
